Design Thinking Process
I find the design thinking process to be the most useful when working on any project. This allows me to focus on users to conduct an efficient outcome to any given problem.

Design Toolbox
During my design process, I am able to use multiple methods throughout any given project to help in various situations. Here are some examples of tools that I have used in past experiences.
Scenarios are great way for me to breakdown the circumstances of users. This can also be a way to have insight for future use-cases.
Competitive Analysis are a perfect way to evaluate similar products through competitor's weaknesses. This can create ideas for the product design.
Use Cases
Use cases are clear ways to define users to help better understand how a project might flow. It can show step by step guide for solution layout.
Moodboards
Moodboards can give a sense of direction to a project's design before even starting. It's a great method to
save on time and resources.
Prototypes
Prototypes are great way to bring the collective information gathered from research into visual guide. The design can be used in functional tests.
A/B Testing
A/B testing is good for user research which consist of a randomized test. Feedback can come in from different versions of a product to allow varied results.
Application Tools
Here are some tools I am skilled in and have used across projects to help through my design process.
